Certified and Notarized Translation Service

What Is A Certified And Notarized Translation?

A certified and notarized translation is translated by a professional translator and accompanied by a notarized Certificate of Translation Accuracy.

In that Certificate, the translator assures that:

  • He or she is knowledgeable in both languages to translate the document;

  • The translation is complete and accurate;

We provide certified and notarized translations through our Translation911 company. Our expert translators can translate from over 50 languages. How?

Our team of translation professionals is located worldwide, with expertise in every industry. We provide legal, medical, and certified translations and more. We are proud to be a business member of ATA (American Translators Association) and provide USCIS-approved translations. Hundredths of loyal customers trust our reliable, efficient, and professional service, allowing them to manage their translations effectively and do business globally.

Processing time: 1-2 business days (excluding: Saturday, Sunday, & Major Holidays). You will always know how long translation will take – no guesswork.

If your documents need to be apostilled first, we will translate them once we have authenticated them by the State or Government office. Once your translation has been completed, we will send you a hard copy of the certified and notarized translation.

The certified and notarized translation service cost will be billed separately from the apostille or document certification service. Please note that all certificates/apostilles attached by the County, Court, State, and Government will also be translated.

Our Translation Process

  • First of all, the client enquires about the translation offered by us and requests the price quote.

  • When a quote is requested and we receive a client’s query, we analyze the source document thoroughly and send the quote to the client and a confirmation email, defining the turnaround time for the project.

  • This step is undertaken by the project coordinator, who extracts portions from the source text that require translation. After the text has been extracted, the translation task is allocated to the most experienced translator specializing in the type of translation the client demands.

  • The translation has been started in this step. The translators perform accurate translations as per the client’s specifications.

  • After the translation task is over, the translated files are delivered to the proofreading experts and quality supervisors, who edit/proofread the entire text and check the same on stringent quality parameters.
